Cancellations & Refunds Policy – VANYOR

This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and exchanges work for purchases made on vanyor.store.
1. Payment Policy
- Full payment is required at the time of order placement.
- We accept UPI, Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets via secure gateways.
- If a payment fails but the amount is deducted, it is automatically refunded within 5–7 business days.
2. Order Confirmation
Once payment is successful, you will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation.
Verify all details immediately and notify us if corrections are required.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided they are not shipped.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

4. Refund Policy
Refunds are approved only in the following cases:
a. Damaged or Defective Product
Notify us within 7 days with photos/videos of the issue.
b. Wrong Product Delivered
We will arrange a return pickup and either issue a replacement or full refund.
c. Payment Failure
Refunds for failed transactions are processed automatically within 5–7 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind after dispatch
- Incorrect size selected by customer
- Used, washed, or customer-damaged products
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery
6. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Depending on your bank, refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect.
7. Exchange Policy
We provide size exchanges for eligible items.
